Our Birmingham facility is our designated Turboprop and Piston service center. Our experienced team provides world-class maintenance and avionics support for various fleet types.

As Constant Aviation’s Turboprop/Piston Maintenance Operations Manager, Bill oversees all service and support issues and is available to customers 24/7. Bill has over 35 years of experience in the aviation industry including technician roles in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard, Director of Maintenance for Part 145 Repair Stations and Part 135 Charter Operations, Authorized Service Center Maintenance Manager for New Piper, Cirrus Design and Pratt & Whitney, and extensive maintenance experience on Beechcraft turboprop/piston, Cessna 100, 200, 300 & 400 series aircraft, and Piper single/multi-engine propeller and turboprop aircraft.
