Constant Aviation Completes Installation of Aircell High Speed Internet System on Gulfstream IV

Simultaneous Completion of Aircell Installation and 72 Month Inspection

CLEVELAND, OHIO — May 25, 2010 – Constant Aviation, LLC, headquartered at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, installed an Aircell ATG 4000 High Speed Internet System in a Gulfstream IV complete with the Aircell Axxess® cabin communications systems with WiFi® provisions. The installation was completed in line with a 72 Month Inspection. This is the fourth Aircell High Speed Internet System Constant Aviation has installed this year.

This inspection consisted of Phase 5, 6, 20, 34, 36, MD, and BF checks. The current Constant Aviation network has the necessary tooling and equipment to complete the largest of inspections on the Citation X.

This rating now authorizes Constant to perform and sign off maintenance for any Canadian registered aircraft.

 

Constant Aviation Completes Legacy 600 41000 Ft Modification

First Independent Service Center to Complete 41K Modification Also Completes Fifteenth 48-Month Inspection

CLEVELAND, OHIO — February 16, 2009 – Constant Aviation, LLC, a Nextant Aerospace company, announced today that it has completed a 41,000 ft. modification and its fifteenth (15) 48-Month inspection on an Embraer Legacy 600 that is based in China. This is the first 41,000 ft. modification completed outside of Embraers’ manufacturing production facility.

 

Constant Aviation Receives FAA Repair Station Class 4 Rating

First Class 4 Rating Issued in the State of Ohio

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, OHIO — September 15th, 2008 – Constant Aviation, LLC. a Nextant Aerospace company located at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, announced today that it has received an FAA Certified Repair Station Class 4 rating.  This rating now authorizes Constant to work on all metal constructed aircraft over 12,500 lbs.  Only 2% of all repair stations worldwide have been awarded a Class 4 rating and this is the first ever in the State of Ohio.
