Wade Potter Promoted to Director, Maintenance Operations in Birmingham

“Wade joined our organization in 2008 as a maintenance supervisor. From the start, Wade showed true leadership and care for the organization, his team members and our customers. It was clear that Wade’s passion was in delivering world-class service to our customers. In 2010, he stepped into a role within the sales and customer service department as our Customer Project Manager. His passion and determination to exceed the customers’ expectations with every visit was evident with each customer that visited our Birmingham location. In this role, Wade was the single point of contact for all customers in Birmingham providing daily project updates. This gave him exposure to operational planning and individual inspection work scopes. The experience and growth Wade has shown over his tenure with the company made his promotion to Director, Maintenance Operations an easy decision. While Wade is still the point of contact for customers, he now oversees the day-to-day operations,” said Kevin Dillon, Vice President Operations.
