Engine inlets on the Challenger 300/350 are susceptible to corrosion from the elements, heat damage from the engine bleed air exhaust vent, and delamination of the acoustic mesh inside the inlet. CARE has worked with our partner Nextant Aerospace to define an overhaul procedure to repair these issues and mitigate future occurrences.
