Steve Bruce joins Constant Aviation with two decades of experience in the aviation industry. He began his career as an avionics technician and supervisor with the United States Navy. He continued with Embraer in varying roles, including Avionics Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Senior Manager of Commercial Operations. Most recently, Steve worked as the Director of Sales for Greenpoint Aerospace before joining the Constant team.

Jay Rizzo, Vice President of Sales and Business Development commented, “We are
eager to welcome Steve to the Constant Aviation team. With the implementation of this new role, Steve’s main focus will be establishing and nurturing relationships with aircraft brokers, with the ultimate goal of increasing our business in the aircraft sales transition point. In the aviation industry, the transition point to a new owner is an optimal time to consider an upgrade to the interior and avionics of an aircraft, taking advantage of the downtime and finance options. Steve’s position will allow us to refine current approaches, create new initiatives, and provide another avenue for remaining at the forefront of the MRO industry.”
